Partnering

Establishing partnering relationships with stakeholders; customers, Teammates (employees) and vendors is an important component of Cavalier's Performance Management System. The partnering process, characterized by shared cooperation and responsibility, creates a culture of mutual trust, respect, and empowerment.

Teammate partnering encourages employee involvement and responsibility by instituting processes to act upon and reward employees for ideas, performance excellence, and team-based problem solving.  Cavalier's Recognition & Rewards Program provides a formal means to appreciate Teammate contributions to Cavalier's success.  Displays of Teammate appreciation can range from a simple "Thank You" to monetary awards for exceeding client requirements and expectations.

Through Cavalier's partnering relationships with key stakeholders, requirements and expectations are identified and effective processes are developed to exceed those requirements and expectations.
