Cavalier requires its Regional Directors to pursue the RBSM designation and encourages participation on the Operations & Area Management Level. 

RBSM

The Registered Building Services Manager (RBSM) designation is a symbol of accomplishment that is recognized throughout the industry.  To be eligible Building Service Professionals must be managers or supervisors for at least one year and pass a full-day examination that covers all aspects of building service contracting.

CBSE

The Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation is the most pretigious symbol of excellence in the Building Service Contracting industry.  Building Service Executives who actively perform policy-making functions and have been in this field for three years, two of which have been in a managerial capacity, are eligible for BSCAI's CBSE Program.
