Kevin S. Rohan, CBSE President Kevin S. Rohan founded Cavalier in 1977. He is active in several industry associations. He has served on the board of directors for the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and is currently involved in several committees. During his more than thirty years as Cavalier's President, Kevin has served on numerous professional committees and earned the designation of Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE). The CBSE designation represents an executive with broad business and management expertise who has demonstrated knowledge and skill widely recognized in the building service industry. At the helm of Cavalier, Kevin is an industry leader in committing to quality service to exceed customer expectations. William T. Warnecki, CBSE Vice President of Operations Bill Warnecki joined the Cavalier team in 1995. After attending local college, Bill gained substantial experience leading operations for an organization that employs adults with handicaps, as well as other building service contractors. Bill oversees the day-to-day operations of Cavalier, using his more than twenty years of industry experience to develop practices and procedures that cost-effectively achieve the best results for our customers. During his tenure with Cavalier, Bill has served on several BSCAI committees and earned his designation of CBSE. Deann Greene, RBSM Vice President of Business Development Deann joined Cavalier in 2005 as an Operations Manager and transitioned into Sales. In the fall of 2008, Deann was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and now leads the Sales Team in their efforts to build and broker the relationships between our clients and teammates. Deann's high energy and passion continue to set the pace for growth and best practices within the company. Her ethos are simple: as once quoted by Margaret Mead, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Through her role at Cavalier she has motivated, inspired, and led the curriculum development for quality and process improvement programs related to the growth and development of the Sales Team. Paul C. Renick Controller Paul C. Renick joined Cavalier in 2005. He hold a degree in Accounting from Roanoke College. While he began his career in public accounting, the majority of his career was spent as a Controller for restaurant chain, Chicken Out Rostisserie. Paul also worked in various corporate and non-profit industries, providing him with over 15 years of business and accounting experience. Linda C. Pendergrass, CQM Director of Performance Management Linda C. Pendergrass started her career with Cavalier in 1999. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College in Washington, D.C. Linda joined Cavalier after an extensive career with AT&T and Verizon Communications where she gained more than ten years experience in Total Quality Management. Linda is a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) through the American Society for Quality and holds Executive Leadership certification from both the Center for Creative Leadership and the University of Pennsylvania, Warton School of Business. Linda is an active member of BSCAI Services Publication and Supervisor Seminar committees. She embraces the tenets of participative management and leadership by example in facilitating the Cavalier Performance Management process. Maria C. Tueros , PHR Human Resources Manager Maria (Cece) Tueros joined Cavalier as the Human Resources (HR) Generalist in 2004 and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager in 2006. Before joining Cavalier, Cece worked for Unicco Integrated Facilities and gained over seven years of management and human resources experience. In addition to HR experience, Cece has an extensive background in Employee Safety Training and actively participates in multiple supervisor training seminars presented by the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors. She earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management at George Mason University. Tasha Mount Marketing Coordinator Tasha Mount joined Cavalier Services as the Performance Management Specialist in May 2006 and was promoted to the Marketing Coordinator position in December 2009. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Tasha has been in the DC-Area for 15 years. She received her college education from Howard University.
