The Beginning

Cavalier Services, Inc. was founded in 1977 and has a been privately-owned Virginia corporation. Originally Cavalier Services, Inc. was called Cavalier Maintenance Services, Inc., and the company’s primary focus was commercial office building cleaning. From the beginning, Cavalier Services, Inc. understood that quality was more than providing a service, it’s the careful and conscious cultivation of attitude that is essential in any relationship. From executive to front-line teammates, each person must be committed to the level of quality and concern Cavalier Services, Inc. wanted to be known for. Both service and environmental awareness are key elements of the business and Cavalier Services, Inc. demonstrates that on a daily basis. And Cavalier Services, Inc. has developed, what is now considered the “Cavalier Attitude”.

Today

Over the years, Cavalier Services, Inc.’s scope of service has expanded to include all aspects of building service contracting with a focus on measured performance and standards. We will manage, you will monitor. Coupled with our CavGreen program, we help our clients to become leaders in an environmental responsible fashion. Developing our clients basic knowledge of LEED (The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is considered a priority to Cavalier Services, Inc., and we feel that our clients take great pride in the green cleaning policy that we stand behind 100% percent.

Our Future

Cavalier Services, Inc. will continue to improve upon its technology for the ever-growing future.
