RBSM - The Registered Building Services Manager (RBSM) designation is a symbol of accomplishment that is recognized throughout the industry. To be eligible Building Service Professionals must be managers or supervisors for at least one year and pass a full-day examination that covers all aspects of building service contracting.

CBSE - The Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation is the most pretigious symbol of excellence in the Building Service Contracting industry. Building Service Executives who actively perform policy-making functions and have been in this field for three years, two of which have been in a managerial capacity, are eligible for BSCAI's CBSE Program.
